Submit a Globus transfer for manifest-declared items.

Usage

Parameters

manifest: dict: Manifest containing the 02_globus source configuration.
console: Console: Rich console used for progress messages.
issue_transfer: bool = True: Whether to submit the transfer after validating access.

Returns

StageResult: Summary of the Globus staging attempt.

Raises

ValueError: Raised when the manifest does not define the required Globus source information.
